This book was definitely something. Through traveling across the isles and defending themselves from the venin, these characters had an adventure. As always, I loved Violet and Xaden’s relationship. Every time they talk it makes me so excited! This story, while a filler book, still kept me entertained and was very enjoyable.

I am not Jessica Chen by Ann Liang had me go through all of the emotions. I cried twice before the end of the first chapter. Jenna Chen has always wished to be her cousin Jessica Chen, with her good grades and perfect family. However, when Jenna’s wish comes true she realizes the struggles Jessica goes through everyday and how her life is not as bad as she made it out to be.
